Each year the staff and governors of the school make a detailed evaluation of the school's performance. This evaluation is based on a range of evidence, including academic attainment and progress over the last three years, monitoring data both internal and external, and staff, parent and pupil feedback.


From this evaluation priority areas for development are determined and a draft outline plan is made. Each area is then planned in more detail and the Governing Body then progress the plan.
